A Rectory Farm Beef twist on a classic
Try something new with our beef Sausages, made with our grass-fed, regeneratively farmed beef. Available in packs of 6 sausages, beef sausages provide an excellent substitute to pork and can be used in the same way. For breakfast, a BBQ or with mash and onion gravy (our favourite!).
Choose from 2 flavours:
- Mustard: A classic blend of savoury beef with a tangy mustard twist, perfect for a traditional and flavoursome bite.
- Chipotle: Bold and smoky, these sausages are infused with chipotle for a spicy kick.
Sausages Contain the following allergens: Wheat, Sulphites Mustard (Mustard Sausages only)

Rectory Farm Beef, Water, Breadcrumb (made from: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Yeast, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Flour Treatment Agent (E300)), Rusk (Made from: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503)), Demerara Sugar, Salt, Spices (Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Fennel, Nutmeg), Yeast Extract, Red Bell Pepper, Smoke Flavouring (0.1%), Stabiliser E451(i), Garlic Powder, Chipotle Chili Powder (0.1%), Onion Powder, Preservative E221 (Sodium Sulphite), Thyme, Antioxidant E300. Grass-fed, Regeneratively Farmed Beef
The focus of our farm goes beyond just rearing our 75 native British beef shorthorn cattle, we take a holistic view to the environment and the role that our cows play in enhancing biodiversity - repopulating our hedgerows, reducing carbon emissions and increasing soil quality to the benefit of everyone in our community.
Produced from a Single Cow
All of our beef is produced in small batches from a single cow for excellent food traceability and quality.
Frozen Products
To preserve the exceptional quality, all our meat is frozen at the point of butchery. When you get home, pop the cuts straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Collection or Delivery
Currently, we only trade through our website with our products available to collect directly from Rectory Farm, based on the outskirts of North Crawley, Buckinghamshire. Or, choose delivery from Peter Hobbs and meet the farm who reared the beef you will enjoy.
